The Lockport Township High School Band Booster Organization is a "not for profit" volunteer parent organization. Their function is to help supplement & support the band program. Each Spring, officers are nominated and elected to the following Executive Board positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Additionally there are opportunities to Chair events and activities within the organization without serving on the Executive Board. We encourage parents to be active within the organization; your input and support is invaluable to the success of the Lockport Township High School Band Program.

Band Booster meetings will take place on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7PM in the East Campus Band Hall. The next meeting will take place January 24th in the East Campus Auditorium.

Congratulations to the 10 band students and 2 choir students who participated in the IMEA all state festival this past week.

Marching band camp will be this week Feb 1-3. For returning Marching Porters, it is not required, but recommended if you are interested in trying out for section leader or drum major.

Our winter concerts are fast approaching- February 15 and 16. Yes, the dates are correct. The concerts are held on Wednesday and Thursday this time around so mark your calenders!

Looking ahead into February, LTHS has four home basketball games. They are
Tuesday, Feb 7  Friday, Feb 10
Tuesday, Feb 21 and Friday, Feb 24.
As always, we could use help at the concession stand. If you are available any of these days, please contact Mike Baltzer at mikeb@champakinc.com
If you have never volunteered at concessions before- please join us. We love to have new volunteers!
